Ok, here's the deal. My percula clowns have spawned, we have the eggs in the 90 PVC elbow they host in. Keep in mind that I absolutely adore these fish and they do tend to stress when I mess with their house! I know the fry wouldn't have a chance in the big tank, but I don't want to freak out the clowns.
I would love to put the piece of pvc in a 10 Gal sort of refugium I have running in another room, just to see if the eggs hatch( and put a new elbow in the reef tank, like they wouldn't notice

). The tank has no fish but a couple of small hermits and tons of bristleworms and critters in it. I am a little concerned that the bristleworms might eat the eggs?
So the dilemma: stress the clowns and possibly save the babies? Or take out the eggs and risk them getting eaten in the 10 gal.
I don't think I have a whole lot of time, so suggestions would be helpful. Thanks, Sue
