Lots Of Stuff

I have for sale...the following:

Aproximately 100 lbs of Tampa Bay Saltwater LR....cured and in great shape. One buyer takes all at 50 cents per pound or $50.

2 - 24' Normal Output light strips. Relatively new bulbs...$5 each

1 - RIO 1700 (aprox. 650 gph) Never used. New in box. $30

1 - RIO 50 (aprox. 65 gph) Never used. New in Box. Great for slight refug circulation or salt mixing. $12.

1 - 48' VHO actinic 03 bulb. Never used. Still in box. $20.

We have lots of other odds and ends for the taking. You can look when you come to the meeting. It will be like an aquarium yard sale.

Let me know if you are interested in any of the above.

I also have a relatively new skimmer, but I think it is spoken for. I will give updates on that should it become available.

Cool....the VHO bulb is 110 watts....sorry I could have explained that better.

One thing I forgot ....I also have a relatively new CPR BakPak skimmer. I sued it for about 5 months on my 25 gallon tank and it skimmed really well. If anyone would be interested in that, I will clean it up!

BTW....the TBS rock has been in a bucket of saltwater for a good while. But I also have some that I allowed to dry out. Like TBS base rock....maybe it can be roconstituted!!!!

Anyway....I think I have three fairly decent size pieces of the dried rock. Some one can have that for about $10.

Liz, I have NO skimmer on my tank currently... would this bakpak be worth sticking onto my sump? How much $?

I will probably want the dry rock (depending on shape).

Josh, The CPR is not designed to be used in a sump, you may be able to if you keep your water level pretty high or modily it. If you don't have a skimmer it is better than nothing. Mine works great.

Is a CPR better than a Remora? If Josh isn't interested we may be for the 29.... I haven't put a skimmer back on since we changed out the sumps.

I have been running a CPR BakPak 2 for 18 months with no other means of nutrient removal with no problems. They can be hard to get adjusted but it works for me.

Sorry.....this week has been really crazy. I haven't even turned my computer on at home! Call me at work 653-2000 between 8am - 5pm on Thursday (that's today!) or at home tonight (after 9pm) or tomorrow morning at 675-3129. We really have no plans for the weekend. I think Charlie has to work.

Oh....BTW the CPR BakPak skimmer retails for about $130 (Foster and Smith). I will sell it for $50. Amy, if you want it, it is yours!
