I need one 1" bulkhead drilled for my 100 gal. Where can I get it done?
Well..Do you think a 1" is big enough for a mag 12?

About a year now. Got the sweet drill, the first of the year...I was using the old hand held witch took longer, but the new one is faster.

For a Mag 12 you will need three 1" or two 1.5" bulkheads. I have two one inch and have to cut my Mag 12's flow almost in half. I would also let Rich do it if you are able to get it over there. If you have the right equipment there is a lot less risk. If you can't get it over there a Dremel and the dimond cutting bit will do it, just keep it wet and take your time. It will probably take more than 30 minutes for one hole with the dremel.
