i need to offload some coral

Post by satchmofish »

i have a green branching hammer with purple tips
brownish, greenish hairy mushrooms
zooanthids with green centers & orange centers
an elephant ear mushroom
green sand polyp type zoos
my tank isnt doing too good right now & i want to make sure they live
im not picky right now, but i would like to get something for them, i will take trades for equipment that someone doesn't need or something, just make me an offer. i dont know what else to do with them without letting them just die

about 7-9 months depending on how you look at it. we moved the 2nd month in & i moved it all (including the water).
Ph. 8.3
temp 79 degrees
nitrite/nitrate nil.
alk, after a water change is normal
salinity 1.025
under VHO lighting (4x110 watts)
the only thing i can figure is that there was some kind of chemical problem in my water, so i am at a loss for what to do short of taking it all down & starting over

Is there anyone near by that could hold these guys for you till you find out what is going on, or better yet, do you have a holding tank?

Sorry I just saw your other post.

Is there anybody in Mobile, who can help satchmofish with housing his corals till he finds what is going on. Come on, we have all needed help one way or another and the group has pulled together for the better of the hobby.
