6 stage RO/DI, needs diagnosis $50

Post by ShagMan »

I got this unit about 6 months ago... had to replace a bad part, got good service... over the last few months, I've had problems with the RO giving low output... it delivers just enough water to keep pressure for the ice maker and for the 240G, but nothing more. I got tired of fooling with it, and found it was cheaper to buy another one, rather than replace all stages, including RO. I'm not saying the RO is what's bad... when I took it apart a few months ago, I found the stainless check valve was stuck. Anyways, don't want to bother with diagnosing it. It's an awesome unit, has three stages on bottom, then a RO, large *refillable* 32 oz DI unit, then a sealed carbon for the 6th stage. I got an identical replacement unit from eBay, that's how much I liked it. You can look for this brand, it's the most popular on eBay, goes for about $110-120 or so, new. I'm also including the brand new accessories for the new unit that I got (didn't need them)... includes a pressure feed tap for the faucet, and a saddle drain adapter to get rid of the waste water. Come and get it!

P.S. it looks too small in the pic, but remember the RO unit is hidden behind the humungus DI unit in the foreground.
