125 gal stand and canopy
I have a stand and canopy for a 125 gal tank that I am thinking about selling. Would anyone be interested in buying it.

Yeah I am going to build a new canopy but my wife suggested to me the other day that It would look better In a darker finish (She like the cherry finish) so I am not sure if I want to build both the stand and canopy. If I only do the canopy I will just make it the same color (lite wood finish) as it is now. I will do both if I can find someone to buy the stand in a few days.
Depending on the size there is a guy in Wade that has stand kits....in Mahogony...also has some really great boards, molding, and plywood at a good price...

The canopy is the main thing that I would need wood for. The stand I think that I am going to be able to varnish the it, so I think I am going to keep it and build a the canopy that is 18” tall. If I do change my mind I may get up with you on the wood, because that is a really good price for the stand.
Just something to think about the wood at home depot, its not kiln dried. Normally you can (or at least here in pensacola) get kiln dried equivalent of what home depot sells for the same or lower by shopping at the hard wood suppliers.
Benefits of kiln dried is it wont shrink or split as much over time. Very important if you have an oven over your tank like I do.
