Lighting Suggestions...

It's time to replace ALL my bulbs again. I'm looking at these for my reef:

1 - 250W 10,000K Ushio - MH
2 - 36" Coralife 10,000K - VHO
2 - 36" Coralife Actinic 03 - VHO

And this is what I'm running now:

1 - 250W 6,500K Iwaki - MH (I want less yellow now)
2 - 36" Aquasun 10,000K - VHO (these are too red)
2 - 36" URI Super Actinic R - VHO (pretty good!)

For the last 2 years I've been buying from www.hellolights.com, but does anyone have another good suggestion? Josh, what are you running? I like yours!

I run:

4 x 250w 10k Ushios
2 x 160w URI Actinic (not sure which, I think the super)
2 x 160w URI 50/50

I got best price for the Ushios on eBay ($65 each?)
Liz ordered my last set of VHO's wholesale.... probably use Rich for next batch

I'm due for all new lighting in another few months as well... it's gonna scorch the wallet, no doubt!

Josh - That A to Z store also sells the 95W VHO .03 actinics for $14. I wonder if 4-95W actinics with the 1-250W 10,000K MH would be too blue?

I think it'd be great... the only reason we don't run ALL actinics is because the actinica by themselves (early and late in the light cycle) looks weird without any white light... so we use 50/50's and actinics mixed. Deanna and I are still figuring on what we want to do this time around, we might go with all actinics ourselves, but not sure yet.

The same people also have the URI aquasun 10,000K that I have now... they're just a little pink though.
