Ok...for the record. Is Tim the younger or older guy from Aquaworks?

Just making sure. Well, I guess I need to go see what Dave has got goin on. He was always nice and willing to be fair on pricing. I'll be supporting Dave as long as he continues to give good service. It will probably be even better now that Tim is gone. I bet Tim , needing new business now, will be a little better on the customer service side...hopefully.

We need someone to open up shop in Mobile!

How about letting us know when they are both open for business and have good stock on hand. I would like to visit both to see which I prefer and I need salt.
Wanted: to set up a tank again.

Not a problem. Well to tell the truth both guys are OK in my book. Dave maybe a little easier to talk to, but both guys always threw extra stuff in my bags from time to time. I'll keep you guys posted on the status of the stores. Later.

Here is a good deal on salt. Sometimes they have free shipping.

I will visit both. I have opinions on both of them, good and bad things about both, but will go to both of them. The only two places I stopped going are reefers and water world. I stop in water world every once in a while but won't buy anything. I can get anything they have a lot cheaper at one of the other places. Reef Scapes is also remodeling thier store. It is looking good so far. They have had the most selection of coral here of late. not much on acros but tons of other stuff. I like thier fish selection too. Not always a lot of stuff but if you get there after a shipment they have some different stuff. Once both tim and Dave's stores are up and running i think you will see a difference in who they are.

Petsmart is kind of iffy on the free shipping on the salt and you have to order two buckets. I have heard of lots of people that do order from them and get free shipping and some that do not. It is really just a good excuse to go to Pensacola to get salt. I will keep an eye out for the free shipping deal.

AQUA WORKS NOW OPEN

Post by Halophile »

Aqua Works is now open and ready for business, located at
7141-E North 9th Ave. just north of Creighton in the Ci-Ci's Pizza building behind Nobusei Japanese Steak House. It's kind of tucked in the corner & a little difficult to see from the road, but is well worth the effort. The new phone number is 850-471-9600.

Welcome Halophile. Would you mind posting a stocklist of what you have?
