No, its fed by the manifold, the clear hose on the far left side of the manifold. The return line from the reactor leaves the reactor and is down by the skimmer intake. I heard that you want the return line from a Bio Pellet reactor to be next to the skimmer intake, not sure its true, but thats where I put it, just in case. It wasnt anything noticeable and everything looked healthy but according to some sites, it can cause RTN/STN in sps corals along with some other symptoms. Marine depot sells them for $11.
