On my three sw tanks, weekly. I have been known to skip a week on occasion, but not often.

Whenever I can. I really just varies. Sometimes I have the opportunity to do a couple in a week, whereas it may be 3-4-5 weeks until the next change. In any case, I tend to change a lot when I do a water change, usually at least 30%.

Probably 5-10% every few months. Shamefull really. Everything is always doing good though.
