Hi everybody, thanks again for all the comments! Great idea for the books to thumb through for the newbies and the advanced as well. I intend to stock quality products from tried and true companies (URI bulbs, seachem, kent marine, coral vue tech, just to name a few. As for the frag swap tank I think that would be coufusing as to swap what for what? But I do want to buy outright for cash or store credit (20% more if u take store credit) all the frags people can bring me.Chillers , calcium reactors , HQI metal halide, vho, nano cubes ,digital testers large tanks upwards of 810 gallons 144 x 37 x 36 high (oh yahh). Oh I almost forgot we will have a pond section also , and a shark pond ( i hope). The name of the new store will be Saltwater Universe and Ponds I hope to be open sometime in Feb. I will keep yall posted. Everybody come buy some movies so I can open up soon. Keep the sugestions comming.
Hi James!
Glad to see your coming back! 'We' have missed ya!

advanced.
the same for corals/clams etc.
standard clean up crew.
supplements
fozen food
seaweed
jarred/bottled food
various name brandequipment and replacement sparts for them, ex. skimmer, calcium reactors, uv sterilizers, ozone, pumps, ballast etc.
Great idea on books!

I second to having you back! I thought I saw a tank in your window the other day. Any idea on an opening date?
You have always been the only place to get real "reef" gear in the area. Keep with the retro fit and diy products. Also if you can get good buys on bulk items like loc-line and resins. Bulkheads, valves and other hard to find plumbing items are nice. Maybe a "spare parts" section. Oh and an area for used equipment.
A nice variety in livestock is obviously a must. I know the problem in the past was that everyone had all the same stuff. No brown corals. I'm out of the loop now so I don't know what the flavor of the month coral is now but rics, zoas, clams, etc. are always popular if you can find some nice colors.
Some different tangs, angels, fairy wrasses and inverts. Cool inverts are hard to find.
Looking forward to seeing you open back up.

Re: What would u like to see your LFS stock.
This store, although still there, hasn't any SW stuff anymore. We are back to only Pass Rd. pets as our only SW Store again on the Mississippi gulf coast. But, the good thing about it, Gerwin is doing a real good job at getting in alot of
variety in new coral orders.
variety in new coral orders.
Re: What would u like to see your LFS stock.
Try to keep a fair inventory of reef fish and post their adult sizes and tank requirements. A small Fox face might get 8 inches or more. I have one in my tank right now and he is a coral buster when spooked. Separate or identify reef safe fish from non reef safe. Stock some unusal fish from time to time. I have yet to see a Leopard wrasse at our local stores. Keep nice heathy angels, pygmies and large angels. . Keep some Tangs, Anthias and Chromis in stock. For inverts, keep some rose bubble anemones in stock and have a magnifica for customers to observe. Stock tank bred fish when you can including banggais and clowns. The clown anemone symbiosis will sell reef tanks. Several Tridacna clams would be great including Ultra-grade. Keep frags of colorful acroporas on hand and have plenty of LPS corals especially easy ones like torch, frogspawn and trumpets.

Second the trading post on frags! and maybe carry used equ. thats in working order (not a big fan of parts buying)
reefing just isnt the same living outside the glass....
