i have a 75 gallon with a over flow that is so noisey gurgling and
water noise all of the time anyone have any ideas??

stick a piece of tubing down into the drain so its not gulping air.

I personally used a straw. Put it into the overflow drain until the noise stops, then tape it to the side of the box. I have found that you dont have to go to far into it, maybe 3/4 of the length of the straw.

I had to use 5/8 tubing to get mine to quiet down.
