Hudson Salvage

Went into Hudson Salvage in Gautier Ms today and they had bunch of Radio Shack stuff on sale......picked up on couple of X10 aplaince modules for 40%off. (sorry still not under their senior citizen discount so missed that 10%....I know what you were thinking)....usually if one Hudsons has something the other ones might also if anyone needing some X10....Sorry got all of those modules they had at that store....

The one here in mobile also has radio shack items, but I don't know if they had them. What is a X10 aplaince modules and what are they for?

Appliance Module (AM466)
Automate or remotely control appliances from across the room or from the other side of your house. Works with fans, air-conditioners, dehumidifiers, coffee pots, stereos, TV's and more! Just plug a 2 or 3-pin appliance into the appliance module, and plug the appliance module into any normal wall socket. Control with any X10 Controller, in conjunction with Transceiver Module. Appliance Module rated at 15 amps, 1/3 hp, 500W.

I use an Octopus controler for my chiller, pumps, lights, fans, heater, ect.

Yeah but the Radio Shack stuff at this Hudson's was heavily picked through. On the brighter note with the storm there will be more stock there very soon i would think. They also had Plasma and Projection TV's there all weekend.
