Need Id of shrimp

.....about 3/4 in long...claw is green....I think it is a pistol but not sure....could be a small lobster.....???

It is, you can tell by the right claw.

I got one in a jar in the garage...do not think I will put it in the tank.....picked him up on a rock I got diving.
