zoo's and sps

should I be worried about zoo's around my sps...or should I be getting them out of the top part of my tank...see couple starting up...before they get away from me ...just wanted to know if they would kill sps?

Just scrape off every zoo and put them in a baggy, I will be over there to pick tem up soon.l

They will sting SPS but only weaker colonies will die from a zoanthid. I think that the main problem with zoanthids is that once they are really established they can grow over other corals and are nearly impossible to kill. I know one other guy who has to regularly kalk them otherwise they start to grow on his SPS.
Wanted: to set up a tank again.

Ok...that is what I thought...I like them and wanted them to stay...only have one or two which I guess floated up there...will move him to a wall somewhere..
