How much GP do you feed at a time? What sizes?

I've just started feeding it recently. I'm using the two smaller sizes, the 5-50, and the 50-100, also feeding the cyclopeeze dried powder. Probably about 2-3 salifert scoops of each. I really have no clue how much I should feed, but it looks like a little goes a long way with this stuff, so I'm trying to start off slow with it. And 5-7 drops of the tahitian blend phyto.

I have been feeding one Salifert scoop a week of either the 5-50 or the 50-100 and CE a few times a week. I am going to start feeding the GP twice a week but I wanted to make sure the biological filtration could handle it.
