I'm glad the EPA has run out of 'important' things to do.

Oh by the way... this will be the next diet fad! From the above mentioned article, I offer this quote: "...Pellets ingested by seabirds are suspected to cause false feelings of satiation (i.e., the birds feel as though they have eaten) and reduce the feelings of hunger..."
