For what it's worth, I have three pumps made by Dolphin. One is a DP 1200 originally designed for ponds but suitable for SW. I am now running that along with 2 Dolphin Ampmaster 3000's. They are quiet, clean and resonably priced. You may want to check it out.

I can empathize with you. I have a colt frag in my sump in a basket that I have attempted to superglue about 5 times. It keeps jumping off. I am not sure of the disease, but I have had LOTS of experiences with tangs fighting. Tangs usually leave gashes on their victims not little round white holes.
