If you need that much and want nice size stuff why not come over to progressive and hand pick your own stuff. Its all cured and doesn't always have much coraline on it but hell the stuff grows back quickly. Live rock isn't coming in like it use to 10 or so yrs ago. I saw some that were at least 2 ft long when I was there today. The other thought is to go with Marco Rock. Its all dry stuff but you can get the sizes you want as well. In time there will be life on it.
I have no idea what their prices are but it has to be competative with a place like PA after shipping at the $5+ per lb they have on their site. They have pleanty of rock on hand.
I'd say when purchasing rock the #1 thing for me is size/shape. I don't care if it has life as long as it is the size and shape I need and doesn't have any hair algae on it, or much macro algae either. You can get all the other good stuff growing on it down the road.
