Well I've been waiting for the pendents for a while now and they arrived today. Two Reef Optix III pendents run by ARO electronic Ballast running two Geissemann 13k 250Watt bulbs. I love the color already. Hopefully they keep the slight bluish tint. I may not run my VHO's at all or maybe only for 30 to 45 min every morning and night. If I ever find a camera I would take a picture for everyone to see!

I saw his tank a few weeks back. I really like the way BB looks. If I ever decide to do a smaller tank I will do it that way.

yea, i like it a lot.. I'll eventually get a full tank shot. My girlfriend and I are playing with the camera and about 5 of every 15 to 20 pictures come out the way we like. We will both have our tanks up soon.

I saw a tank this weekend that was running Geissemann 13k 250Watt pendants. It looked really good color wise. I would like to know what kind of color shift you get out of your corals.

I'll let you know.. I know that joey had one of my Dr. Mac acros that was blue turn brown in his tank under 400 watt bulbs, i'm not sure what kind. That one acro is starting to turn blue again. Other than that i'll need a littel more time. I think i could get a lot better color if i had a calcium reactor also but i'll need to wait on that. The pictures that i have up are with the VHO's only
