FS PFO ballast

18 month old PFO PC ballast for 2 55 watt PC bulbs. This is the prewired unit with enclosed housing and plug in lamp cords. includes 1 cord and 1 6500 bulb @24 inches long. Was sold but funds never arrived so BOTM.
