I am going to buy some from Pet Solutions http://www.petsolutions.com/cgi-bin/cgi ... 00000&l=73, Reefer Madness or Achofish (Walt Smith transhipped) soon. Has anyone found it any cheaper than $79.99+ shipping for a 46 lb box?

Yeah, $80 plus $93 shipping PER BOX. Doesn't end up being too good of a deal, ends up being about 3.70/lb. shipped.

Sounds like a better deal to go on over to Coral Connections, and pick it up for $3/lb. plus tax, plus you'd be able to pick out specimens you like... they're even open on Saturdays.

I would recommend calling them first. They told me when I went there that $3 a lb was for online customers only. I tell ya, I felt robbed and probably was. :( Just a heads up.

Glad you said something. I probably wouldn't have even called to see if they have any. It never even implies that the price is for online customers only.

They ended up charging me $5 a lb but they did only charge $1lb for sand and its 1.50 on their site. They also sold me what they had listed as $6.99 for 5 so that helped a bit. Got some really nice rock and only needed 30lbs...but regardless...it was alot more than I was expecting.
