Looking For Dry Base Rock

Hey guys long time no see, is everyone here still? I'm considering coming back to the community. But I'm looking for base rock and wondering if anyone has any or has wind of where some is I need about 30-40 lbs, how much are you offering it? I don't want live rock, starting sterile this time as I had the worst algae break out of Bryopsis algae and that's why I quit the game so I'm monitoring all the life that goes into this tank down to the pods.
