HELP PLEASE need sea hair or 2 BADLY!!!!

I have flowing green 4 inch long something 
taking over my tank...i don,t want to kill it just mow some of it...i have a very healthy tank...i think it came from the gulf when i had my live rock in a BP Gulf water and sand tank up..
