Two 250 Watt IceCap/HQI Reef Optix Setups

I have two 250 watt IceCap electronic ballatsts with a pair of Sunlight Supply Reef Optix 3 HQI Reflectors for sale. I think the bulbs are Phoenix, I know they are 14K and work, but need to be replaced. Asking $250 for the set. Anyone interested?
