Hello Everyone,

I was at the Gulf Shores Jetti yesturday and caught a ton of White Legged Hermit Crabs, there about a inch long at the biggest I found, I also caught some sorta of snail (looks sorta like a Turbo Grazer but I am not sure), I am pretty sure the water temp is still to cold to find anything that is really cool. I was wondering if anyone has every tried a white legged hermit crab in your reef tank. All feed back and exprience would be greatly appreictated. I caught around 25crabs yesturday. :D

More than likely similar to most hermits--iffy at best. I don't particularly like hermits at all because of their cosmopolitan habits, though some are obviously more benign than others. Most of the local ones aren't very benign, though ;)
