Well we are still looking at designs and looking into house builders. Here is some inspiration for my new 240 with the room behind it.

Nice clean setup. I wish I was that patient. I love his pulley system for his lighting. Truly fabulous!

Going with a new house. What is holding us back is we want at least 20k in the bank before we procede. I am currently looking at model homes to get ideas on the decorating and getting familiar with local builders. I think we probably will go two story and looking from 2200 to 2900 sq ft. We hope to have the money by Dec or Jan to start building new. My only real concern is the fact if our house sells before the new one is completed i will be totally f#$#cked.

Looks great....I have been in the building biz off and on for years....if you want I would be happy to put together a list of builders that I know personally or have worked with.

Let me know!
