mh bulb questions

I have a 150 watt metal halide bulb that is made by pheonix. It has a crack in the thicker part of the bulb. I tried to put pics on here but it wouldn't upload. I don't want to put it in if its going to explode. I am wondering if i can still use it or if i should get a new one. Anyone had and similar problems?

Long story short, do not use cracked bulbs. If it even fires, it may explode.
