care for a trade? i have a 55 gallon and stand i need to get out of my kitchen... just downsized to a 30 long. thought i would throw that out there. that is if it would fit a 30long and not make my tank too hot.

yeah, I may better look for a 36" Power Compact only to keep the heat down... your light for $100 sounds like a steal... Coralife makes great lights... good luck.

go with t5. they release less heat with maximum light.
