I bought this from RedPhoniex a few months ago. Never got around to setting it up so here ya go.

Has:

regulator, bubble counter, mag 7.5, chamber, 20 lb co2 container etc.

I paid $250 for it, so Im asking $250.

Well i guess it turned out for you just like it did for me... got it with every intension of setting it up and after it sat for over a year with me i desided i would find someother place for it to gather dust... hate to hear you never got to set it up... did you ever find another tank that met your spec measurements?
