Wave Maker not working properly

When I recently bought a used 150g set up I aquired a Red Sea wave maker with it. For some reason P1 & P2 don't work. P3 & P4 work fine. I took it apart to see if there was any salt, dust, or anything else in it....but nothing. Nothing looked melted. Any suggestions?
