It is a little choppy to listen too, may try again when it is not 7am and everyone is asleep.
Woman definitely has a screw loose. I do agree with her point though, having a telemarketing job basically assures you will be classified an asshole until you quit said job. I cannot believe the guy took that abuse though, I would had hung up the first time she raised her voice.

Oh Geeze!! It sounds like he called that crazy God Warrior woman from Trading spouses.. The woman is an absolutely raving frothing loony.
I would have hung on also if I were the guy, that is too good of material to miss.
I love his calm responses of....."ok", I think that just helped fuel the fire.
