what other forums do you visit

i guess its now a new age thing with the way hobbies go you want to get into a new hobbie well you go online an look and find a forum

here are my picks

www.hackaday.com - cool site lots of geekery thing people make
www.mp3car.com - another geekery site putting computer in a car!!!
www.xanga.com - just started a blog
www.arcadecontrols.com - still working on the mame machine playes all the arcade games from the past in a arcade style cabinate
www.ebay.com - gotta see whats forsale (computers fish stuff and car stuff)

thats pretty much it for me i check these at least 3-5 times a day to see waht going on i may stay there and chat 10 minutes or so or just see what on topic and comback later in the day!!!!

Damn that football site too. I love football, but I hate it when he spends too much time replying to posts on that forum.

In the 2 yrs on that site I've probably replied to about 10 posts. I just read it for updated player info. :wink: Besides, I'll be getting a check for $175 or $350 sometime after the season because of the info I got from that site!

I usually go here then RC. Not too many other forums anymore. I have been reading http://www.motorcycle-usa.com/ a lot lately and I usually check ebay for different things.

I noticed a lot of Ebay emailings after an auction closes have ad links built into the email. Usually some add.doubleclick link that I have blocked. Really irritating they do this, I guess since they have your money at that point they can feed you some adds.

People that create ads and banners should have bamboo shoots shoved under there finger nails and a little chinese water torture.

and make them listen to Yoko Ono's greatest hits... (ok fine... no greatest hits... lets just say a vaired sampling of her work...)
