Noise level; MD5 vs Quite One?

Hey guys. I have a 46 gal bowfront in my office that I'm currently using a Mag Drive 5 to pump from the fuge back to the tank. The problem is that the MD5 humms pretty loudly. Would a Quiet one 3000 be a little quieter? Has anyone had both of these and know if there is a diffrence? My office is about a 10X9 with the tank across from my desk so any little noise can be heard.
