Donkeyclubmember has been doing volunteer work in Waveland since the disaster and asked if I could post pictures. More to come I think.

Glad to see Radio Shack was gutted. Only thing better would have been pic's of it being looted.

You could have left that part out. Now the storm destroying the Radio Shack doesn't seem remotely funny.

What looks bad is picture 1601 looks like some sort of food warehouse. Alot of the people we store for had their whole buisness and inventory wiped completely out.

pic are worth a 1000 words but seeing it for real is 100X

Good pic display but that is just a small bit of the total losses. My house was about two blocks from where most of the pic were taken. The day after I walked up to my place and the only external damage was one broken window so I was all happy thinking it would not be bad. that was untill I looked inside. The water line was about 4 feet above my celing. It looked like a tornado had gone through the inside of my house. My fridge was on the counter. things that were in the back bedroom were now in the living room. all and all it is a total mess but atleast i was able to salvage some things there are people who all they have left from their place is the front steps.

I heard that half of Hancock county was underwater. They also have no useable government buildings, police stations, fire stations and they lost an entire fleet of vehicles. It must have gotten oretty bad there.
