Anyone belong to or can recommend and good hunting club?
Have'nt really hunted in years and back then it was local deer on family land in fixed stands. I'm looking to try and find a place a new guy can fit in without having to be a master hunter

I was looking at a tree stand this week and damned if I did not need some instructions on how to work the thing. High tech red neck gear out there now
Anyway I figured some of you might hunt and know where a guy can get his feet wet again.

How far are you willing to travel? We have some awesome duck/deer land around reelfoot lake in Tenn. and some good hardwood bottoms (300acres) up in Decatur that you could be a member of.

If you have a boat you can hunt the forever wild land in the delta. The places you can drive a car to is too dangerous,(too many people) but if you have a boat there is not much pressure. It only cost a few dollars to hunt that area.

wrong time of year to look for hunting clubs. Most want dues by start of season only have 1 month left. Get management permit and hunt lower delta its in the crossroads area and you can drive with no problem to it.

Or check the WMA in Demopolis. That is where we used to hunt.
