I got mine from Rich for the same price as I got on line....also when it came in the bulb was bad and I told Rich he got one in and I just exchanged rather than sending everything back...one item worth buying local...

No. It will help them from getting parasites.

If you are losing fish "all the time" then there is likely a problem with your system or a problem where you are getting your fish. I don't know how long your tanks been up but if its only 2 or 3 months old your likely adding too many fish too fast. Try and find out why they are dying and fix it before adding anything else.
On the other hand, if your system is mature and you can't find water quality issues consider trying different stores for livestock. I know nothing of Mobiles shops but over here I know of places I would take fish from if they were free.

My tank has been up and running for 2 years or so. I have a lot of different corals in it that have nor major problems. I have a scooter blenny and a yellow tang that are doing fine and the two percs that I got the other day are doing fine (so far). It seams like every fish that I get from Rich at PM dies on me. B&B fish seam to do ok for me. Those are the main places that I have bought them from. I think the next fish that I get I will get from P'cola.

Mostly from James in D'Iberville. He was going to be making an order this week but I'm not sure if it will be in by Wednesday.
If you take exit 50 (I think) south to Ocean Springs, go past 1 red light and turn right at the second (should be LeMoyne Blvd). His about 2 m on the right behind Port O Call Rest. He doent open until 2 stays until 10. Phone 228 396 9056.
