Hello,
can someone tell me what the deal with my bulb is.The bulb will light up and run fine for a while then all of a sudden it just goes out.I change wiring to other ballast and still same thing.What would cause this.

It could be a loose connection in the bulb.

Certain brands work better with certain types of ballasts. I use to have that problem when I switched to Ushios. It would light for a bit then go out only to light again in a minute.

Or it may be a bad bulb/ballast. Also if you do not have steady voltage mh bulbs will act weird.
