Amoeba? I want to evolve!

I'm tired of being an 'Amoeba'.
Dictionary.com: Any of various one-celled aquatic or parasitic protozoans of the genus Amoeba or related genera, having no definite form and consisting of a mass of protoplasm containing one or more nuclei surrounded by a flexible outer membrane. It moves by means of pseudopods.
When do I get to evolve? What are the rules for moving up the ranks?
Is this based on the number of post or is this more a natural selection process such as in Darwin's theory of evolution?
Webster's Dictionary: A rhizopod. common in fresh water, capable of undergoing many changes of form at will.
If it's natural selection, then my post should
"accumulate minor advantageous genetic mutations (i.e. become more informative)" or basically become more dominate and cause
"inferior (disadvantaged) members of the same species (i.e. members) to gradually die out (i.e. leave the MB)" and I will be promoted based on seniority?

oh well....amoeba's need lovin' too.
I am curious as to the number of posts it takes to "move up in rank"
I know on another board I'm on it's every 100 posts that you "evolve" until you get to 500, then it takes another 250 or so to have your "rank" change......
