Just received my efflorescences today. Packing was great. Coral is outstanding size, plus I got a free frag. What a surprise! After FedEx delayed my package for three hours (due to fog in New Orleans was their excuse), the free frag was very welcome to see.

Everything acclimated fine, the heat packs were still warm.

Chad was with me the entire wait. Great customer service, and I will definitely order from him again. Time to stash some more cash from the wife!!

The fog was horrible the entire day today. Great to see your shipment come in in good shape though John.

Yeah, Chad was PM'ing me the whole time. Re-assuring me that if anything happens, he will make good on it. Great guy to deal with, plus gave me a 20% discount off of the coral, even when I am a first time buyer.

Nope, I might take some pics tonight....of that efflo and the torts. Stay tuned.
