I bought yet another coral.. that I have no clue what it is. I need help from the gurus to determine what it is? Any idea?

I am still trying to I.D that greenish black thick algea growing in Amy's 29 gallon. I am going to frag it and move it to my 20 gallon upstairs.

kinda looks like the notorious encrusting montipora pregosa. 
Look closely. You can see the misshapen breasts and enlarged pregnant belly forming...note the tell-tell belly button infusion.
I'd be carfull with that thing....they can get awnry and usually cause you more problems then they are worth in the long run!

As a side note: they usually win any encroaching war, so they are best treated with respect and given thier due room!

It got a lot furrier since I put it in there.. its like a duller green star polyps mat.. but the polyps are much closer together.

can you count the tentacles the each polyps have??? If so, might be easier to ID.

I would bet that this is a "encrusting goniopora."
