I have a ballast heat sink box I need to get in, but the phillips screws are all stripped out. Does anyone have something they can bring to the party to help me get in the thing? I will bring the ballast!

Scott is gunna dig around the garage for something, but wasnt sure he had anything.... I am thinking sears put out a tool that takes out stripped screws.... if noone has anything tonight I might make a trip tomorrow.

I know sears has a set of 3 tools that is just for that. I'm sure home depot has something too. They look like screw driver bits but they have sharp edges that dig in.
