Since there are so many people on the Atkins diet I am not real sure about what will be needed. If everyone would provide some input that would be great and we could plan ahead.

I just break my diet on meeting nights... there's just not way to have snack foods for Atkins people, unless you want to stock WAY UP on slim-jims and pork rinds.
