Got the stand (Thanks, Phil) and have the inside primered and the outside stained with one coat of varnish so far. It's gonna be sweet, the nice somewhat rustic oak finish I like so much. It'll probably be next week before I can get it finished though. Have the skimmer sitting with the tank and ordered the Tunzes today (ouch).
I'm beginning to feel like one of those people who live in a mobile home with a hummer parked outside.

Only it's full of water and fish are swimming in it.
Soon as I get the stand done and tank on it I'll snap a pic or two.

Well, finally. Got the tank on the stand this evening. Put most of the sand in and a little water. Hope to get the rest in and start adding water until a little over 1/3 or so of the tank full. Will add a powerhead and heater and let it sit for some time.
I'll try to get a few pics tomorrow. At least it's a start. The stand looks beautiful. Sure wish my fixture would have worked with a canopy, but will save all that work till later.
Got the Tunzes today, at least I have all the "stuff" now. My wallet really needs to rest.

Here's one pic of the tank and stand. Still have one door off for now. Thought I'd throw in a pic of the skimmer too. Alot of work yet to do, but it's a start.
