Karen: Umm, I posted that I was holding the tank for you since you'll need to schedule help to move it. I'm not holding any small stuff for anyone. As far as your distance out, well, them's the breaks :)

On the skimmer, the pump housing or impeller (not sure which) has swelled up, the impeller doesn't slide into the housing freely... you can order a new Sedra 3500 for ~$75 online.

Josh as much as I want your setup, I respectfully decline on it. We just learned we have a wedding to prepare for. Our daughter is getting married in april, not much time to plan. Sorry and thanks!

I took the PH meter of the forsale list... I just realized that it'll come in very handy for the pool we're putting in next month!

For whoever buys it you can get a SEN-900 on ebay for $50 direct from Dolphin also.. they're usually around $100, and they are equivalant to the sedra.. Just thought I'd throw that in to save someone a few dollars.. Sorry back to our regularly scheduled program :)

Josh,
Who got the skimmer. I wanted it pretty bad until I started thinking. I must be addicted to skimmers as that one would have made 6. And thanks for the test kits and the float valve I'm about to go see how bad my water really is.

I got the skimmer. :D
Do you have the elbow for the pump intake into the skimmer or do I need to just use some tubing
And I believe I found the pump for 55 bucks

Look for an Oceanrunner pump. They come with needlewheels, are cheaper and are supposed to be as good as Sedras on Euro-reef skimmers. Do a search on RC, that is where I saw it.

yeah, I do have the elbow, sorry about that... come over whenever you have free time, and I'll find it for you... it's with the pump somewhere in my garage :)
