Thanks guys.

The tanks will both go in the extremely large, 12'x22', second bedroom with my pc, ps2, stereo, etc. I don't plan to leave this room much.

Hope your closing goes smooth, we had a delay in some paperwork, but the closing was very smooth and easy after a reschedule. We're moving into our new pad in two weeks, still working on things here and there.. very excited but dead tired.

ps: we bought a fixer upper, so you probably won't be as tired :)

Brandon its actually a repo so there are some things that need attention. Mostly just new paint, one room of carpet, ceiling fans, just small stuff like that we want to get done before we move in.

Trick it is just north of Gulfport, right off of hwy 49. In the "sticks," I'm just not a subdivision kind of guy.

looking for foreclosures, repos, etc:
http://www.reo.com or http://www.hud.gov/homes/homesforsale.cfm

Can also look in the public announcements section of the paper for foreclosures.

Our house was scheduled to be foreclosed this month, we got it on a short sale with the sellers doing "a deed in lieu" of a foreclosure. We paid about 30k less than what they were asking.
