It's an Arc-Eye Hawkfish (Paracirrhites arcatus). He's in jail now 
hahaha... I finally got him, he was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Very very cool fish, lots of personality.. chases the turkey baster all around, will eat out of my hand., lets you pet him, etc... I think he just might be more agressive than what I wanted in this tank. I knew small shrimp would be out, but didn't think he could swallow fish as large as damsels.
