I think I need something else to take pictures of! Ran out of corals to photograph the first day. :)

These aren't the best in the world.. But, like I said, I am still learning to use this thing. I didn't exactly nail the focus on some of these , it is probably due to camera shake more than anything, was trying to handhold @ (1.6digital slr factor x 300mm lens)=480mm zoom with shutter not set fast enough.

Took these on Dauphin Island this weekend:

Weird Stalker Pelican that kept following me around and honking at me... I think he was a serial killer in his previous life, see the way he is looking at me.

These are from behind the Shell Station in Daphne...

2 more I like the way they turned out:

Don't know why it looks so blue in this picture, but turned out neat.

Brandon, stop that...we got kids that browse this forum also... NO pornography!!! Plus, Terry ran out of viagra!!!! At least give him some time to get some before he leaves to Africa again. You don't want him getting too excited around here. :) :D

Same here! Deanna looked at me the other night, and said "why didn't we buy that camera this year instead of the one we picked out?" I had to reiterate the fact that Brandon spent 2x the dough to get his :)

You've been Mooned.. Haha
Sorry guys.. just excited. I think I've found a new hobby.
It's definetly not the be-all end-all of digital cameras, I think one of the new Nikon Coolpix cameras would be better at tank shots. There are cameras with higher megapixels out that are equal or cheaper also. And it is definetly not as easy to carry around as one of the point & shoot types. But damned if it isn't better than my old 2 megapixel olympus camera.

Incredible pictures Brandon, the colors seem to be right on the mark.
