VHO ARO AS220 Ballast Kit

I have this ARO AS220 Ballast Kit that I got from Hellolights 2 yrs ago.

I'll sell the Kit by itself for $40 or with a 50/50 or Actinic White bulb for $45. Not sure what bulb it is off the top of my head. Its a 2ft bulb. The bulb was used 2 months.
