I was reading some stuff on hurricanes today and found this interesting. If you watch this video toward the end they show how you can use an adhesive along your roof truss to improve lift strength during a hurricane.

I checked the specifications of the glue and Liquid Nails Subfloor meets the specifications called for.

I imagine this would be a LOT of work to secure a house, and a lot of liquid nails.
